Gratitude: Why You Need To Smile, And Keep Smiling No Matter What.

April 28, 2016

GRATITUDE.

Hi guys, today I am just going to remind us about the need to smile no matter the challenges that we may be facing. Certainly, there are days when you may not be in the best of moods. You know that feeling when you wake up some mornings and you just don’t feel like Smiling. Maybe things are not working out the way you planned, or maybe you woke up from the ‘wrong side of the bed’. :). Actually you are not angry, you just want to be left alone for some time. It is not about another person. In fact it is nothing personal, it’s just how you feel. You just need some space.

All the same, being grateful, keeping a smile on and having a positive and optimistic attitude would be your best remedy at the moment. Not only for you, but for someone else also.

Here are some of the Reasons Why You Need To Smile;

– Smiling is like therapy. It instantly makes you feel better and helps to left up your spirit.
– It is a Brand New Day and You are Alive. If for nothing else, just smile and be happy because you are fortunate to see the dawning of a New Day.
– Think of all your blessings. We all have needs and desires and we tend to focus on those needs. And when those things may not be working out the way we want, we tend to be sad about it. It is alright to desire more and be unhappy when things are not working the way we planned. But take a moment to reflect on your blessings and all the things that you have, and all the good things that have happened to you.

This is enough to put a smile on your face.
 So show off that beautiful smile of yours. Nothing attracts people more to you than a beautiful and bright smile.

Finally, A Smile makes you radiant and changes your mode and the environment around you. Light up your world with a smile and let your smile make another person’s day beautiful.

Love,

Olivia.
