December 1, 2017

I have always been a sucker for Italian cuisines and other International dishes. I love to try new things. One of my ‘missions’ was to find a way to make Lasagna the vegan way…

Vegan lasagna

I can still remember the very first day I tasted Lasagna. That was many years ago. Then I was not a Vegan. In fact I never knew there would be a day like that when I would stop eating meat because I was an addict meat lover then. So I tasted that Lasagna and it was so good. So to cut a long story short, I became a Vegan and I started ‘Veganizing’ all my favorite dishes.

I have always been a sucker for Italian cuisines and other International dishes. I love to try new things. One of my ‘missions’ was to find a way to make Lasagna the Vegan way. So I finally came up with this Vegan Lasagna recipe with lots of vegetables. And because I needed something without Tofu, Soy, or Ricotta Cheese, I omitted them and it turned out absolutely delicious and moist. And it was so easy to make. According to my family and friends, this is their favorite of all my Vegan recipes. Haha! :D. So I’m sharing this awesome recipe with you guys. Here are the major ingredients:

Ingredient List:

1. 12 sheets of 100% Durum Wheat Lasagna Noodle.

2. 1 medium sized onion.

3. 1 Big Zuchini.

4. 2 Cups of green peas.

5. 500g Lasagna Sauce (100% natural ingredients).

6. 240g Pulled Oats.

8. 12 teaspoon of Coriander

9. 1⁄4 teaspoon of Mixed Curry

10. 1 tablespoon of Rapeseed oil

13. Vegan Cheese. Use as much as you want, It’s healthy. :).

14. Some fresh Persilja (Parsley) herb.

And that’s All the Ingredients you need to make this fabulous dish!

Below is a detailed recipe video showing instructions on how I put all these together. It was so easy to make and the amazing thing is that you can make a lot of it, freeze some, and it still looks good and moist after you heat it up. I’m so excited about this recipe. Can’t wait for you to try it and let me know how it turned out. I’m sure you would love it!
