So I have been living in Finland for 3 years now and I have tasted and devoured almost all Finnish Snacks and delicacies. Well, not to be selfish, I also made sure to cook or sometimes bake some Nigerian delicacies as well, and I must say with all dignity and pride that the Finns absolutely enjoyed these Nigerian delicacies as well. Okay! Olivia, enough of the patriotic praises! :D.

Anyway in as much as I love and miss certain Nigerian dishes and snacks, I must say that I have been quite impressed with some of the Finnish dishes and snacks. For example, I love the whole roasting of sausages thing, called ‘makkara’. Here is a blog post where I talked about the Finnish Laavu and roasting of ‘Makkarat’. :).

Okay, coming to the matter of the day, in one of my videos on my My YouTube Channel, someone left a comment saying  that I make a Nigerian Snack using Finnish ingredients. So today I made these very popular every day Snacks in Nigeria called Nigerian Meat Pie with Finnish Ingredients.
